Known for wearing many hats, Helga oversees sales, daily operations, fishing management, client communications, and human resources. She also collaborates closely with the CEO on strategic vision and organizational development, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong relationships with clients, landowners, and local stakeholders.
With a Business Administration degree and experience as a project manager for luxury travel and large events, Helga brings strong organizational skills. Born in a small fishing village, her love for fly fishing runs deep—she is the founder of an association for young anglers and hunters in Iceland.
